DAY 5: The Games we Play

advent-5

Curious as to what’s hiding beyond door number five today? Well why not have a peek 😉

Day 5: The Games We Play

Sometimes the interaction between Eric and Sookie is more akin to a cat and mouse game and at other time it’s like they’re a pair of stropping toddlers. So what solution do we seek to soothe this mess? That old Christmas standby of course, toys!  Not those toys, you perverts! You can report your findings on those toys on your own time somewhere else.

For when Pam is left to babysit

Of course she comes bearing gifts, any excuse to swipe a bit of plastic as far as our favorite blonde vampiress is concerned. However, we’re not sure how much those vamp/fairy hybrids are going to be enjoying this…**

Beware of playing with chocolate Santa

Chocolate is good for you, right? Chocolate makes all the bad stuff go away. Everyone loves chocolate… maybe some of us like chocolate a little too much? This can’t end well…

This has been banned for obvious reasons but still available on eBay now and then. Don’t all go mad and bid at once 😉

** Unfortunately for those of you who actually wanted to buy that, this was part of an ad campaign in Brazil to promote the Super Nanny show. Actual versions were placed in shops so for those of you with too much time and money have at it on eBay.

Imagine reaching into your stocking and pulling out that poodough, though if I were Pam (God, why can’t I be Pam?) I’d don some gloves and just stuff the real deal in there. Yeah I know Pam doesn’t like germs or bad smells but she is waaaay less sensitive than Beehl who can’t stand all those nasty food smells Sookie keeps bringing round him all the time. Poor little Beehl – why does Sookie have to keep eating all the time? And breathing up all his air? Gah! Weak humans!
And the book – I think if you brush off a little dust from the cover you will find Pam wrote that one and the cover art is merely a ruse for 1950s prudes. Pam wrote it as an instructional manual for all those poor women back then who had no idea what to do with their pussies. Think of the marriages she saved! She was doing a community service!
I could say more but I’ll stop now or you’ll be sending me an adult version of that straight jacket. Can I get one in pink, maybe with a few sparkles on it? Or maybe a Christmas one with red and green trim… Ooh I know how about a Santa version? Come on, he deserves it after that chocolate!!!

Well if you have Pam ambitions (or more suitably perhaps blonde and pink ambitions) 5 AM is the perfect time to comment :D.

Although on that note I don’t think you can ‘be’ Pam, one simply is…

Well the blonde part is a reality not an ambition; the pink I can do though it looks a little…well… naff.
You’re right again *sigh* I will never be Pam, but a girl can dream… I’ll just go have my existential identity crisis elsewhere. Preferably not at 5am cos since I’m not Pam I won’t be dead for the day soon after, though that does sound like a nice, lovely holiday. Sadly I have no handy weres to care for my children except for Quinn and I’m not letting him anywhere near them cos next thing you know my 17month old will start calling everyone ‘babe’. Maybe if I just close my eyes and pretend really hard I’ll turn into Pam. Let’s see. *closes eyes; makes concentrating face and holds breath* Nup. Not working.Ugh. I know, I’ll just go find mysef a cluviel d’or. They fix everything. I’ll be Pam in no time!

Just got back from the pre Xmyth visit to family. Really, really, really, and I do mean really after that 8 hour drive, needed the laugh. Pam’s gift to Bill was the best!!! Thank you. 🙂
